Social Bubbles brings friends and family together in one easy, connected way. You can chat, video-call, create and organise events – all within individual private bubbles that only invitees can see and participate in. Social Bubbles creates a link between your online and offline social life that makes it a fun and easy way to stay connected.

I noticed during lockdown that all social apps are designed to keep you online, specifically on their platform. Real life suffers in the long term. So, I asked myself how can we link our online and offline social life?

USP’s

Purpose: The purpose of social apps is to keep you online. Social Bubbles is the only app that wants you to spend more time meeting the friends that are important to you, and less time online.

Vision: Linking your online and offline world; humans need real-life social contact with others, just having contact online is not enough.

Privacy: The app is designed for friends to communicate, text or video call, and share their experiences, photos, videos and memories privately within their specific social bubbles.

Events: The events function allows real-life events to be organised within the bubbles, this leads to friends meeting up in the real world to enjoy real-life social contact.

Transparency: You only see the numbers of those in your contact list on your phone. You will not see any other contact details from anyone else.

Honesty: You only see posts from those in the bubbles. No sponsored posts. No selling. You won’t miss a friend’s post because ‘the powers that be’ have blocked your post.

Accessibility: Everything you need is in one bubble. No more hunting through numerous social media platforms to find where you’ve organised something.

During 2020 we learned to communicate in a different way. We had so many apps trying to connect us that sometimes it felt like we were further apart. At Social Bubbles we like to keep things simple, stress-free and fun. We wanted a place where we could chat, video-message and organise events in private in an easy and straightforward way. We created Social Bubbles, giving you one platform to unite the best parts of social media, something that has never been done before.
